4WD Safari Expedition
Your guide will drive you around the island and visit Maeva’s marae, Faie’s enormous blue-eyed eels and Maroe’s Belvedere for views on the bay. You will also visit the only pearl farm on water and Huahine’s traditional fish parks. You will learn about the island’s culture and legends as your tour progresses.
Polynesian Immersion with Poe
Discover the treasures of Huahine during a full day or half day tour. Your guide will tell you about the legends and traditions of her island. You will visit the main sites that make Huahine so unique: traditional fish traps, blue eyes eels, the extended archaeological site of Maeva…During the full day, lunch is settled at Poe’s home, time to learn local cuisine, taste its exotic savors and appreciate Huahine’s people legendary hospitality.
Poe Lagoon Tour with Motu Lunch Feet in the Water
Have a day of adventure around the island of Huahine and its lagoon. Meet the blue eyes eels, snorkel at the coral garden and visit the only pearl farm of the island. Taste and prepare the local specialty: Tahitian raw fish with coconut milk and other dishes prepared for you during the picnic lunch served on the motu feet in the water! Tahitian dance lesson and coconut leave waiving demonstration will also complete the day. Private tour: only the boat and guide are privatized, other clients may visit the motu at the same time. However, lunch will be served on a separate area of the motu.
3 in 1 Lagoon Tour with Motu Lunch & Natural Aquarium
The tour begins with a visit to a pearl farm where your guide will explain how these beautiful pearls are formed. The boat will then sail off to a coral garden in Huahine’s magnificent turquoise lagoon followed by a buffet lunch on a motu. The last visit of the day is to the natural aquarium where your guide will feed the reef fish and sharks so that you get a better look at them in the water or from a specially made platform. Private tour: only the boat and guide are privatized, other clients may visit the motu at the same time. However, lunch will be served on a separate area of the motu.
COMBO Tour 4WD & Lagoon by Poe
A full day of discoveries allying land and sea awaits you! The day begins with a 4WD tour accompanied by Poe, a native of Huahine, and a visit to the main sites of the island: village of Maeva and its traditional fish traps, Faie and its blue-eyed eels and much more. The day continues with a picnic lunch on a family motu with your feet in the lagoon! Various activities are scheduled in the afternoon on the motu before leaving for a circle island tour of Huahine Iti by boat.
