Royal Estate Villa (1 Villa – 13000 sq. ft)
The Royal Estate Villa is the largest villa in the South Pacific. This private compound is encompassed on three sides by coral walls and opens to its own private beach facing Bora Bora’s pellucid lagoon. It features an entrance lobby, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a dining room and lounge, professional kitchen, office (which can be converted to a kids’ guest room), and a solarium. The structure surrounds a courtyard and white-glass mosaic tiled pool. The master bedroom pavilion includes a whirlpool, sauna and steam room, and private gazebo. The solarium opens onto a capacious elevated terrace above the beach and lagoon.
