Overwater Bungalow (20 Bungalows – 851.4 sq. ft)

Located closest to shore, offering exquisite views of the surrounding lagoon and resort beaches, each bungalow includes a bathtub/shower and private sundeck with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and direct access to the lagoon below. You will delight in the indoor glass panel at the end of the bed which opens on-demand, allowing you to view and feed the sea life that teems below your bungalow. All of the different overwater bungalow categories are identical in size and layout and only differ by view, with the exception of the Pool Overwater Villa.

Located at the end of each pontoon with unobstructed Mt. Otemanu views, these suites are similar in design to the other Overwater Bungalows but differing with an extended deck fit for a private pool. They offer ultimate privacy and thusly are another favorite at the resort. The 1,003 square feet are split between a spacious bedroom area with an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub and separate shower, and the ultimate outdoor lounge area, equipped with a sundeck, lagoon access and the coveted private pool.

Located exclusively on the end of the beach, the Royal Beach Villa with Pool is the ultimate luxuriously seclusive escape, perfect for families or couples traveling together. The Villa includes 3 pools, 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private pool, extensive common areas with living room, kitchen/dining, bathroom, deck with alfresco dining area, terrace and the third pool and direct beach and lagoon access.
